AER = Annual Equivalent Rate
*A standard rate of 1% gross/AER variable payable for entire term plus a reward rate of 2.2% gross/AER fixed payable for 12 months from account opening where there are 2 withdrawals or less.
**Rate of 3.10% gross/AER variable (with a minimum ECB +0.5% rate guarantee until 1st January 2011) is applied to accounts with balances up to and including €100,000. Standard variable rate of 2.80% (with a minimum ECB rate guarantee until 1st January 2011) applied to accounts with balances greater than €100,000. (From 1st January 2011, the prevailing rate will apply.) Returns are subject to DIRT, where appropriate.

Interest is calculated on the closing balance each day. Interest on our fixed term accounts is added on the account maturity date. Interest on our notice accounts (easy access, 7 day notice & 30 day notice) is added on the last working day in December or when the account is closed.
