Account Communication

For all Accounts

  • We will send you written confirmation of your new account number, initial deposit and the applicable interest rate, once your account is opened.
  • Changes to our interest rates will be advertised in the national press.
  • We have a non-transactional online service called AngloConnect – if you would like online view only access to your accounts, you will need to register for AngloConnect.
  • If you require any additional statements, please call us on 1850 22 22 32.

Easy Access Reward Account

  • We will confirm any transactions on your account in writing.
  • We will send you an annual statement of all transactions on your account for the previous 12 months on the anniversary of account opening.

Fixed Term Accounts

  • 3 and 6 month Accounts: Statements are issued on 31st December each year if account remains open, and on account closure.
  • 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Year Fixed Term Accounts: Statements issued on the first anniversary of the Account and every year thereafter until final maturity.
  • For 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 Year Fixed Term Accounts a final maturity notification letter with alternative account options, will be sent at least 14 days prior to final maturity.

 Premium Demand Account

  • We will confirm any transactions on your account in writing.
  • We will send you an annual statement in January of all transactions on your account for the previous year.

Regular Saver Accounts*

  • We will confirm any transactions on your account in writing.
  • We will send you an annual statement on the maturity date of your account being opened.

* Please note: closing date for applications for this account is 30th December 2009. Applications must be received by this date to avail of the account.
